About us
The business started by a group of friends who wanted to look at a new way to distribute products and services into the wholesale market. We
have Takealot and Amazon for retail and various online shopping platforms that cater to the retail client but what about the wholesale sector – how do we connect distributors, product innovators and small businesses into the wholesale market in a simple and cost-effective way, while still maintaining the various controls that must be in place in this type of relationship.
The wholesale sector is monopolized by a few players and our vision was to look at ways we could disrupt this monopoly. We want to experiment around how we could use Technology to completely change the way wholesale distribution is done and how we connect distributors to the wholesalers in an easy way.
We want to take away the friction from being able to sell to the larger wholesalers and we have started this journey by focusing on a few niche products and getting our model refined as we expand into other portfolios but at the same time enhancing our way of engaging with both the distributors and wholesalers. We continue to innovate and expand our offerings and look forward to expanding our partnerships in this space to connect more distributors with wholesalers.
